Ability to lead, coach, and train junior staff on telecommunications infrastructure construction — rooftops, monopoles, self-support, and guyed towers
Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings with a high level of attention to detail
Must possess excellent troubleshooting skills and demonstrate autonomy in day-to-day tasks
Maintains a strong commitment to safety and working knowledge of standard industry safety procedures
Follows all documented policies and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and your co-workers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to communicate complex challenges with clarity
Experience Required
5+ years of telecommunications industry experience, both technical and rigging
In-building DAS and structured cabling experience
Installation of carrier-grade equipment adhering to all documented methods of procedure
Solid background in construction and working with various types of power tools
Proficient with common telecommunications test equipment (RF sweep gear, OTDR, multi-meter)
Understanding of RF connector termination with various types of cables and connectors
Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence
